| Our patients' experiences and perceptions are very important to us. We continuously seek feedback from patients seen at our emergency departments through phone surveys. The information gained from our patient surveys and comments are an important feature of our continuous quality improvement. Unfortunately, not every patient/consumer can be contacted and quieried in this manner. Nevertheless, we believe every patient, including their family and friends affected by our service, should have the opportunity to provide comment on our care and service. To this end we welcome comments through this website. We want to hear your compliments or your criticisms. Your comments and views are not lost once submitted.
